Data Storage

InvoicePro Studio stores your invoice data exclusively in your browser's local storage. Your invoice contents, client names, financial details, line items, payment information, bank details, tax IDs, and PDF contents are never uploaded to any server.

You can clear your locally stored data at any time by using the "Clear All" button in the drafts panel, or by clearing your browser's local storage through your browser settings.

Logo Uploads

When you upload a logo, it is processed in your browser and stored as a data URL in your browser's local storage. Logo files are never uploaded to a server.

Analytics

We may collect anonymized, non-identifiable usage data to improve the product. This includes:

• Tool used (invoice generator, estimate generator, etc.)
• Template selected
• Currency selected
• Invoice type
• Line item count range (not specific amounts)
• PDF download or print initiated
• Draft saved
• Error type (not error content)
• Device type

We do not collect or track:

• Invoice numbers or contents
• Client names or email addresses
• Line item descriptions or amounts
• Tax IDs
• Payment details or bank information
• Notes or terms text
• PDF contents

Cookies

InvoicePro Studio uses browser local storage for draft saving. We do not set tracking cookies. Any cookies set by third-party analytics services are subject to those services' own privacy policies.
